CHILLY GARLIC LOTUS STEM

 Hello guysπŸ™‚; Today I'm sharing CHILLY GARLIC LOTUS STEM recipe with you all..Let me know what you think ...           PREP TIME - 25 minutes           COOKING TIME - 30 minutes            SERVE  -    5 Ingredients; Lotus stem 500gm Garlic 3 to 4 cloves   Onions 2 medium (finely chopped) Capcicum 2 small  (finely chopped) Spring onion bulbs 2 tablespoon (chopped) Corn flour 3 tablespoons Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon Red Chili sauce 1 tablespoon  Salt to taste  Ajwain(carom seeds) 1/2 teaspoons A pinch of black pepper Oil for deep frying  Method; 1. RICE kHEER RECIPE

Hello guys  ☺️ Today I'm sharing RICE KHEER RECIPE with you. It's traditional Indian desert made for festivals and celebrations, which is quite easy to put together and makes for great pudding. INGREDIENTS; 1. 1 Litre Full Cream Milk 2. 5 or 6 Tablespoon Sugar  3. 4 Tablespoon Basmati Rice  4. 1-2 Cardemon (Elachi)  5. Sliced almonds, pistachio and kaju. METHOD; 1. Wash basmati rice a couple of time and then soak for 30 minutes. 2. In a heavy bottom pan boil the milk. Keep it on medium low flame. 3. Drain all the water and add the rice to the hot boiling milk, Simmer and cook rice on a low flame, no need to cover the pan when the rice is cooking. Add Cardemon and stir it. 4. keep Stirring continuously otherwise rice will stick to the bottom and taste bad(it's takes approximately 20-25 minutes or till the rice gets soft) make sure do not cook it on high flame. 5. WHOLE WHEAT HALWA RECIPE

 Hello guys πŸ™‚ Today I'm sharing WHOLE WHEAT HALWA RECIPE with you.. Ingredients; 1. 1cup whole wheat flour 2. 1 cup sugar or jaggery  3. 3/4 cup desi ghee  4. 4 cup hot water 5. Sliced dry fruits of your choice (optional) Method; 1. In a saucepan, put water and jaggery or sugar and heat until the jaggery or sugar dissolves completely. 2. Put the ghee in a heavy bottom pan      and set the flame to medium. 3.  Once the ghee melt put flour to the        ghee and roast on low heat and keep        Stirring continuously. make sure do not cook it on high flame . 4.  Once the flour changes that nice brown colour after cooking to the point just before it begins to burn, pour in the jaggery water into the toasted flour, carefully avoiding any splatter. 5.  Whisk well until the mixture turns smooth and cook for a minute more.  6.  Hello friends πŸ™‚ It's a winter timing and in this chilly days we all love eating parathas..,today I'm sharing healthy  and tasty broccoli paratha with you allπŸ˜‹ Ingredients; 2cup whole wheat flour for dough 1cup whole wheat flour for dusting 2cup grated broccoli 1tsp cumin seeds 1tsp garlic  1green chilly flakes 1tsp garam masala powder 1/4 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste Oil for shallow frying Butter for serving Method; 1. In a large bowl mix 2cup flour,add 2tsp oil and salt,add water as required and knead a smooth dough(like roti dough),cover the dough and rest it for 15 minutes at room temperature. 2.  Hi guys, I am sharing my favourite pakoras recipe with you.let me know what you think😊 Ingredients; White bread 8piece Hung curd 200gm Onion        1 medium Green chillies 2(fine chopped) Besan  2bowls Ajwain 1tb spoon Salt for taste                            Method; 1.
