PREP TIME - 25 minutes COOKING TIME - 30 minutes SERVE - 5 Ingredients; Lotus stem 500gm Garlic 3 to 4 cloves Onions 2 medium (finely chopped) Capcicum 2 small (finely chopped) Spring onion bulbs 2 tablespoon (chopped) Corn flour 3 tablespoons Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon Red Chili sauce 1 tablespoon Salt to taste Ajwain(carom seeds) 1/2 teaspoons A pinch of black pepper Oil for deep frying Method; 1. Peel the lotus stem and wash it, cut them in to thinly slice . 2. Transfer it to a mixing bowl, add salt, carom seeds, black pepper and corn flour, and 2 tablespoon of water and mix well. 3.
