HUNG CURD PAKORAS RECIPE

I am sharing my favourite pakoras recipe with you.let me know what you think😊
Ingredients;
White bread 8piece
Hung curd 200gm
Onion        1 medium
Green chillies 2(fine chopped)
Besan  2bowls
Ajwain 1tb spoon
Salt for taste
                          
Method;
1. Take one bowl and mix besan,salt and ajwain for a better.
2. mix all the ingredients well then pour water just as needed to make a thick better.keep it aside for few minutes.
3. Take one another bowl and mix Hung curd, onion and green chillies.
4. placce one piece of bread slices and then spread Hung curd dip and cover with another slice of bread.
5.Begin to heat oil in a deep pan for deep fry
6.check if the oil is hot first to check drop a small portion of the batter in the oil.it has to rise slowing without burning a lot this is the right temperature
7.when the oil is almost ready you will have to gently lift the stuffed bread and dip in a better.make sure it is coated on the sides as well. Hold towards the 2edges and lift them from the batter gently swipe the excess batter.
8.Drop in the hot oil.do not disturb for few minutes
9.Fry until one side turns golden then turn in to another side and fry until both the sides turn crisp and golden.
10.Remove them to a colander
Serve hot Hung curd pakoras with green chutney or sauce😋😍
