GRAM FLOUR PANCAKE (BESAN KA CHILLA)

Today I'm sharing gram flour pancake (besan Ka chilla) recipe with you. it's quick, easy and healthy recipe. firstly I'm sharing benefits of gram flour πŸ™‚


Benefits of gram flour;


1. Rich in vitamins and minerals which help in weight loss and skin tightening.

2. Good for your heart because it has lower colories than regular flour.

3. Affect blood sugar less than wheat flour.

4. It's fight with allergies.

5. Packed with fiber.


Ingredients;


1cup gram flour (besan)

1 tablespoon rice flour (optional)

1 medium onion finely chopped

1/2 carrot finely chopped 

1tsp ginger chopped

1tsp garlic chopped 

1green chilli chopped

1tsp ajwain

Salt as per taste

1/4 coriander leaves finely chopped

1 cup water 

Oil for  frying


Method;

1. In a bowl , take gram flour and add 1/2 cup water first.

2. Make a smooth and thick paste. Keep it aside for rest for 15 minutes.

3. If the batter looks thick, then add some more water to mix a smooth flowing consistency.

4. Then add all the ingredients except oil., Mix well.

5. Take a non stick pan and add some oil.

6. Pour some batter in the centre and spread it to make a chilla. Cook well on both sides. Keep adding some oil from the sides if required. 

7. Put some butter or desi ghee on it while serving.

Serve hot with tomato or mint chatni πŸ˜‹πŸ₯°
