Preparation Time -20 minutes Cooking  Time - 20 minutes             Serve  - 4 INGREDIENT FOR MAKING BALL; 1. Cabbage -  1/4 cup (finely chopped) 2. Carrots -    1/4 cup (finely chopped) 3. Hello guys  ☺️ Today I'm sharing RICE KHEER RECIPE with you. It's traditional Indian desert made for festivals and celebrations, which is quite easy to put together and makes for great pudding. INGREDIENTS; 1. 1 Litre Full Cream Milk 2. 5 or 6 Tablespoon Sugar  3. 4 Tablespoon Basmati Rice  4. 1-2 Cardemon (Elachi)  5. Sliced almonds, pistachio and kaju. METHOD; 1. Wash basmati rice a couple of time and then soak for 30 minutes. 2. In a heavy bottom pan boil the milk. Keep it on medium low flame. 3. Drain all the water and add the rice to the hot boiling milk, Simmer and cook rice on a low flame, no need to cover the pan when the rice is cooking.  Hello guys 🙂 Today I'm sharing WHOLE WHEAT HALWA RECIPE with you.. Ingredients; 1. 1cup whole wheat flour 2. 1 cup sugar or jaggery  3. 3/4 cup desi ghee  4. 4 cup hot water 5. Sliced dry fruits of your choice (optional) Method; 1. In a saucepan, put water and jaggery or sugar and heat until the jaggery or sugar dissolves completely. 2. Put the ghee in a heavy bottom pan      and set the flame to medium. 3.  Once the ghee melt put flour to the        ghee and roast on low heat and keep        Stirring continuously. make sure do not cook it on high flame . 4.  Once the flour changes that nice brown colour after cooking to the point just before it begins to burn, pour in the jaggery water into the toasted flour, carefully avoiding any splatter. 5.  Whisk well until the mixture turns smooth and cook for a minute more.  6.
