VEGETABL MANCHURIAN GRAVY RECIPE

Preparation Time -20 minutes
Cooking  Time - 20 minutes
            Serve  - 4

INGREDIENT FOR MAKING BALL;

1. Cabbage -  1/4 cup (finely chopped)
2. Carrots -    1/4 cup (finely chopped)
3. French beans - 1/4 cup( finely chopped)
4. Spring onion - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
5. Ginger garlic paste - 1tpsp
6. Salt & pepper to taste
7. Soy sauce - 1tbsp
8. Refined flour - 3/4 cup
9. Corn flour - 1/2 cup
10. Oil for deep frying 


METHOD;
1. In a bowl,add all the ingredients and mix well
2. Make small ball and set aside
3. In a kadahi, heat oil for deep frying
4. Fry Manchurian balls till golden brown and crispy
5. Keep aside for further use

INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY;

1. Spring onions green -1/4 cup(finely chopped)
2. Capcicum - 1/2 cup sliced 
3. Ginger garlic paste - 2tbsp
4.  1 Onion - sliced
5.  2 Green chillies - sliced
6. Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
7. Red chilli sauce - 1tbsp
8. Tomato sauce - 1tbsp
9. Cornflour 2tbsp
10. Salt to taste

METHOD ;

1. In a kadahi add oil on high flame.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillis saute them for 2 minutes.
3. Add capcicum, onion and sauces, salt
  and saute for 1 minute, add 100 ml water and mix well
4. In a small bowl add corn starch+ 50 ml water and mix well
5. Add this slurry to the kadahi and let it come to the boil.
6. Add Manchurian balls and garnish with some freshly chopped spring green onions.
Veg Manchurian is ready,serve hot with fried rice or noodles 🙂
