LEFTOVER CHAPATI PIZZA 🍕

PREP TIME  :   15 MINUTES

COOKING TIME  :  20 MINUTES

SERVE  :        4 


1). INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA TOPPINGS;

Finely chopped onion -1 medium sized

Finely chopped capcicum - 1medium sized 

Corn kernels -  half cup or

 You can prepared with your choice of toppings              


METHOD FOR PIZZA TOPPING;

In a bowl add diced onion, capcicum,corn kernels,salt and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use.


2). INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA SAUCE;

1 table spoon olive oil

2-3 garlic cloves chopped

1 medium onion chopped

1/2 cup fresh tomatoes puree 

1/2 tsp sugar 

1/2 tsp vinegar

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp chilli flakes


METHOD FOR PIZZA SAUCE;

In a pan heat oil, add chopped garlic, onion and saute until the onions are translucent, add fresh tomato puree, sugar, salt to taste and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes, add vinegar and further cook until sauce thickens.


 3). INGREDINTS FOR PIZZA;

Leftover chapati or you can use freshly made chapatis

Mozzarella cheese 1cup (grated)

Pizza seasoning 2tsp

Olive oil 2tsp


METHOD FOR PIZZA;

Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on the cooked roti and then spread grate mozzarella cheese and add veggie toppings on it. In a pan on medium heat, apply some olive oil on it and now place the pizza on preheated pan for 8 to 10 minutes and covered the pan with lid, cook the pan on low flame until the base is crisp and golden brown.

If you are using oven then cook it  preheated oven at 200degree C for approx 5 to 6 minutes until cheese melts.

Your thin crust pizza is ready to serve.
